| Golf: | The nearest golf courses are La Duquesa Golf and Doña Julia which are both approximately a 5 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car drive. |
| Bars, Restaurants & Shops: | The property is located in the centre of Sabinillas and therefore all amenities are close to hand. Sabinillas has numerous bars and restaurants with international cuisine. The main attraction is the promenade where there is something for everyone. |
| Travel: | There is easy access to the dual carriageway which runs along the Costa del Sol. A taxi rank and bus stop is within a 5 minute walk from the property although bus times may be limited and especially in the winter months. |
