This fantastic 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor is build to a very high specification and boasts stunning sea views. From the sunny South East facing terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views to the sea. Internally the apartment also has 2 bathrooms one of which has a Jacuzzi and the other a hydro massage shower, a large living/dining area, large modern high specification kitchen and boasts hot and cold air conditioning throughout, luxurious furnishings and high quality specifications fixtures and fittings. All round a great property to spend a relaxing holiday in a highly desirable beachfront location.
Marina del Castillo is a luxurious new resort on the beachfront and has large communal sun terraces plus a communal pool, sauna, underground parking and 24hr security. From the pool area there is secured access to the beach and promenade which will lead you to the picturesque Puerto de la Duquesa Marina. There you can find restaurants to suit all tastes, bars and cafes and some shops.
The beaches of La Duquesa run in front of the resort and are all blue flagged with a handful of Chiringuito beach bars with fresh food served everyday.

| Lounge: | The lounge dining room is light and very spacious with a striking modern colour scheme and benefits from hot and cold air conditioning, 4 seater dining table and Sky TV (free to air channels only). |
| Kitchen: | The high quality kitchen is modern and spacious with a breakfast bar situated at the window to enjoy the sea views, and is fully fitted with Siemens appliances including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer. |
| Outdoors: | The private covered terrace is accessed from both the kitchen and the lounge area. There is outdoor dining for at least 4 people |
| Parking: | There is 1 underground parking space with lift access to the apartment level. Additional off road parking is also located outside the resort. |
| Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel: | The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |
| Changeover Days: | Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability). |

| Golf: | Duquesa Golf is within a 5 minute car drive or 15 minute walk from Marina del Castillo. There are numerous championship courses including Valderama, San Roque and Finca Cortesin within a 20 minute car drive. |

| Travel: | There is a bus stop and taxi rank within walking distance of the property. All road access to all areas of the coast is very easy and close. |
