This spacious 3 bedroom apartment in Marina de la Duquesa boasts incredible sea views and also views over the communal pool and garden areas. The property is furnished to a high standard and very well presented. The lounge is an open plan area with 3 double patio doors which have superb views and give the property a wonderful luxurious ambience. There are ceiling fans throughout the property and English TV. An additional feature to this property is the glass curtains on the terrace. In summer these are fully open but in winter they are closed and enable guests to sit on the terrace, soak up the warm Mediterranean sun and still enjoy uninterrupted sea views.
Marina de la Duquesa is a very popular holiday resort due to its unbeatable location between Duquesa Marina and Sabinillas promenade. Resort facilities include 4 swimming pools, gym, sauna, padel tennis courts, private parking and 24 hour security. Duquesa beach is directly in front of the resort and all bars and restaurants are within a short and flat walking distance.

| Lounge: | The lounge is a beautiful room which is very light and spacious. There is direct access to the large terrace. There is a large 2 and a 3 seater settee and a dining table for 6 people. There is English TV and ceiling fans. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc. |
| Outdoors: | The large wrap around terrace has glass curtains, stunning views and a dining table with 4 chairs. |
| Parking: | There is 1 private underground parking space and lift access to the apartment level. |
| Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel: | The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |
| Changeover Days: | Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability). |
