Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with access to the private terrace and has an ensuite bathroom. The twin bedroom is a spacious room. Both rooms benefit from hot and cold air-conditioning.

Bathrooms - The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with overhead shower and marble sink unit. The other bathroom is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Lounge - The lounge is a spacious open plan room with a dining table and 4 chairs and 2 suede effect sofas. There is a plasma screen television, Sky freeview television, and hot and cold air conditioning. There is direct access to the terrace via double patio doors.

Kitchen - The kitchen is very modern and has a large utility area. The stainless steel appliances add to the high quality finish. Appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer.

Outdoors - There is a large covered terrace with stunning golf, sea and country views. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.

Parking - There is 1 private underground parking space with lift access to the apartment level.

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. A set of linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay from a minimum of 7 nights are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Coto Real is a high quality gated development with numerous pools and spacious communal gardens. There is also a Padel tennis court. All properties have private underground parking. Coto Real has 24 hour security.

Beach - The beaches of the Costa del Sol are best reached by a 5 minute car drive. For those who enjoy walking La Duquesa beach is a 25 minute walk away.

Golf - La Duquesa Golf is only a short car drive away. This popular club has recently been renovated into a modern and inviting 4 star hotel and golf club. The Trent Jones golf course and driving range are fantastic. For those non golfers the club house and hotel facilities are a great option to enjoy a drink in the sunshine and luxury surroundings. Numerous championship courses are only a 20 minute drive away.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops - Shops, bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute walk. The Chiringuito beach bars are a 25 minute walk away and serve fantastic fresh sea food, traditional Spanish cuisine, unlimited cold beer and sangria!

Travel - There is easy access to the dual-carriageway which runs along the Costa del Sol. The nearest bus stop is a 25 minute walk away, although the timetable is limited and especially in the winter months.

Car Hire - Car hire is highly recommended and essential for families with young children or people with limited walking ability.

Children - This is a family friendly resort as it is gated and has a large pool area, however there are limited local amenities in this quiet residential area.
