Both the lounge area, dining area and master bedroom have direct access to the private sun terrace and garden, perfect for topping up your tan and relaxing. La Perla boasts wonderfully manicured tropical gardens. As you enter the grounds you can see an abundance of palm trees, tropical plants and a wonderful array of flowers. The numerous pool areas allow it to be suitable for all ages and also the direct access and the Chiringuito Beach Bar on the La Perla grounds is a plus for both families and young and old. In the summer months there are plenty of sunloungers and sun shades so you can relax by the pool and soak up the sun.

Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms. All have hot and cold air conditioning.
Bathrooms - There is a full family bathroom ensuite to the master bedroomwith jacuzzi bath tub and separate enclosed shower and the other bathroom is a shower room. Both are finished to a superb standard and are spacious.
Lounge - The lounge is spacious and well furnished. There is ample comfortable seating for all guests as well as a stereo, DVD player and SKY TV, free view channels only. This room is an open plan room and leads to the dining area which has a dining table and seating for 6 people.
Kitchen - The kitchen is a galley style kitchen that opens to the dining area. Facilities include a Dish washer, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine, Kettle, Toaster and Iron.
Outdoors - There is a spacious covered terrace with dining table and relaxing outdoor settees for enjoying evening drinks. The paved terrace leads to the communal gardens.
Parking - There is private underground parking for 1 car. There is also ample communal parking outside the development.
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.
Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).
Resort facilities - La Perla is an exclusive gated development with stunning gardens, numerous courtyards and various pools. There are ample sun terraces and expansive lawns.
Beach - Casares beach is accessed directly from the La Perla development. There is a promenade which leads to the beach and to the La Perla beach bar and restaurant. Finca Cortesin has recently opened a luxury beach club situated alongside the La Perla resort and this superb facility is open to non-members.
Golf - Finca Cortesin and Dona Julia are the closest courses at just a 2 minute drive from La Perla. There are numerous other championship courses within a 15 minute drive of the resort.
Bars, Restaurants & Shops - There are chiringuitos infront of the La Perla. All other bars and resturants are a short drive away in either Duquesa, Sabinillas or Estepona which are no further than a 5 to 10 minute drive away.
Travel - There is very easy access to taxi ranks, bus stops and also motorway access in both directions.
Car Hire - Car hire is recommended and essential for those with young children or those who have limited walking.
Children - This is a very family friendly resort due to its large swimming pools, stunning gardens, proximity to the beach, gated community and 24hr security.
